RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Wheelchair Australia Returns and Exchange:

Product should be unused and in its original condition that it arrived. Refund will not include Shipping (Product Paid price will be refunded any paid shipping cost will not be refunded).Buyer must have to pay return shipping.once we receive the item we will process the refund. 

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Hygiene and oral products are unable to accept returns or exchange for health reasons.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@wheelchairaustralia.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.If you Signed Delivery paperwork we will not be able to process your insurance claim.Its your responsibility to make sure item arrive damage free during transport. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order once returned item reserved which may take unto 5 working days.

Please note that we follow supplier return and exchange policy.

Warranty 

For all of our products we follow manufacturer warranties.If you have any problems or defect we will refer you to our supplier/manufacturer for assist and they will deal with problems you have.

For AFIKIM Scooters, return is not applicable for our scooters. We offer a 3 years warranty on parts only. Customer needs to pay the shipping in sending the parts accordingly. If requires repair, we will contact manufacturer and service fee will apply.
